Holleran Group Consolidation
Holleran is pleased to be able to report that the Company has successfully completed a critical stage in its development and transition.
The various Companies we operate have now been consolidated into a formal group structure. This offers the Company significant benefits both externally and internally.
Externally, because we can now describe ourselves accurately as a Group of Companies that external clients and suppliers can clearly identify with and this can only enhance our presence in the market place.
Internally consolidation offers us tremendous benefits in terms of operational efficiencies and clarity in reporting, giving the company the opportunity to build a profitable and secure future.
Accordingly, the group has been reorganised and now consists of the parent company Holleran Group Limited and the following wholly owned subsidiary companies:
