Holleran achieves BS OHSAS 18001 certification
Holleran passed a very stringent audit at the end of 2008 and has now been certificated to the British Standard OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupational Health and Safety Management.
This sets out the requirements for our relevant management systems and is very similar in structure to the ISO standards 9001 & 14001.
This certification means that Holleran now has a fully integrated management system for Quality, Environment and Health and Safety and the benefits of implementing the Holleran Occupational Health and Safety Management system are that:
- This will help to eliminate or minimise risk to our employees and other interested parties
- We will implement, maintain and continually improve our Occupational Health and Safety management system
- We can assure ourselves of our conformance with our stated Occupational Health and Safety policy
- We can also demonstrate this conformance to others including our Clients
