Southern Water - programme delivery through joint venture
Holleran and Mouchel Parkman formed a joint venture to deliver an ambitious £60m five-year contract for the repair and maintenance of Southern Water's existing sewerage system and the design and construction of new assets. Holleran's construction experience and technical knowledge combined with Mouchel Parkman's design and project management skills offers Southern Water increased contractor responsibility and improved performance on this contract.
Southern Water - step change contract
Holleran's joint venture with Mouchel Parkman (HMP) provides Southern Water with a single procurement source for the all their reactive and planned maintenance requirements to the existing sewerage network. Managed through a unique self-supervising, self-auditing process by a team of experienced HMP project managers, the JV is working closely with Southern Water's sponsors to meet their business strategy and regulatory obligations.
